I support individuals in their 20s and 30s who are experiencing challenges related to stress, anxiety, and relationship issues, specifically university students and young professionals. I understand the unique pressures and uncertainties that individuals in this stage of life often face, and I am committed to offering a safe and inclusive space for exploration, growth, and healing.
My goal is to empower my clients to navigate the complexities of their daily lives, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and cultivate fulfilling relationships. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by academic or work demands, experiencing intense anxiety about the future, or struggling to maintain satisfying connections with others, I am here to guide you towards a brighter, more resilient future.
Together, we can work towards improving your overall well-being, fostering personal and professional success, and creating a stronger foundation for long-term happiness.

I believe that every individual is unique and deserves a therapy experience tailored to their specific needs. That's why I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of techniques and strategies. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively because you are the expert in your own life. Together, we will explore different approaches to help you achieve your counselling goals, ensuring that we find the strategies that work best for you and your life. Some of the approaches I tend to use include narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), internal family systems (IFS), strength-based, and mindfulness.
